Anyway, I trotted off to the event, feeling annoyed. Once I got there, the ladies were really nice and talked to me loads about the company. Being the sucker I am for a good sales person, I ended up buying some of the eye glitter they sell, which is so pigmented and looks amazing.
Here's a swatch
(Please beware, the pictures on this blog post are very shoddy, I am in desperate need of a new camera). So, I payed £10 for the glitter pot, synthetic brush and glitter glue; not bad. I also got a goody bag, which contained two pairs of lashes. The first was a very natural pair of corner lashes; not my usual preference, as I prefer the full on (verging on drag-queen) volume on my falsies. However, the second were right up my street. From the brand Paperself, these lashes were really out there and had intricate, avant garde designs.

After, the event, I had a little stroll up and down Carnaby Street; eventually ending up in Mac. Certainly no suprise there. Anyway, I was in desperate need of a new foundation and wanted to try the Mac Face and Body. My original plan was to pick it up at Gatwick when I am travelling at the end of the month, however, I thought I might as well just ge it while I was there.
I bought it in C5, as I plan to wear it during and after my holiday. £25.50
Feeling cheered up after the "incident" earlier on in the day (yes, the fine), I decided to only hit up one more shop whilst I was in Central London, so I didn't leave myself too short. I needed to find a few more holiday bits; going to Ayai Nappa, I know that I don't want to take clothes which are too fancy, so I went on search for a bandeau dress. I decided to go to Urban Outfitters, as I love their stuff, but don't often go into the store.
I was only in there about 15 mins and I picked up two bandeau dresses! And, one was on sale, what a result. It was only once I was at the till, that the sales assistant told me that the two were actually skirts. I don't mind though, it just means they are even more versatile.
Aztec inspired print, I like I like. £32
I only actually bought this one because it was on sale. But, it will be a nice little holiday number :) £15
Finally, I picked up two pairs of earrings. The first, was jus fuelling my current obsession with crosses; cross earrings. The second, an odd pair of musical note earrings, which I think are quite differant.
£10
£12
love the cross earrings and the second skirt :-)
